At Beds-N-Biscuits, we pride ourselves in not just providing daycare, boarding, and grooming for your pet – we want to be a partner in your pets’ care and wellbeing. We are proud to announce that our General Manager, Chuck Sampson, has recently completed the stringent testing and evaluation required to be named a Certified Professional Animal Care Manager by the Professional Animal Care Certification Council, establishing BNB as a proven leader in the pet care services industry.
Why Is This Important To You?
What is the PACCC?
The Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC) is a non-profit organization that aims to recognize and certify high-quality professionals in the animal care field. This organization was established by a team of industry experts to help educate pet parents on the importance of the educational and training certification of those who are in the business of providing care for our four-legged friends. “By using industry-developed standards, independent certification identifies the best animal care professionals in the industry,” according to the PACCC website. “By becoming independently certified, these professionals are pet care pioneers and leaders in pet safety.”
A Long History with BNB
Chuck Sampson joined the BNB family in September 2018. As General Manager, Chuck is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the well-being and safety of the dogs in our care, and managing a team of highly trained staff members. He also coordinates schedules, handles customer inquiries, and maintains a clean and organized facility. “Being the General Manager at Beds-N-Biscuits isn’t just my job,” said Sampson, “this is my family.”
Sampson and his dog, Freeway, live on-site on the grounds of BNB, which means that they are first in line if any one of our guests needs anything while with us. “I feel a connection to every one of our BNB families; it’s an honor to be trusted by their parents to provide them with the best of care,” Sampson said. “I am a pet parent myself, so I know how important it is for our customers to feel like they are receiving the best of care for their furry friends.”
The BNB Way
As part of providing care that is above and beyond all others, at Beds-N-Biscuits we have a set of five guiding principles that guide how we work together every day to serve pet parents and their dogs.
Obtaining the Certified Professional Animal Care Manager certification from the PACCC is a demonstration of our commitment to providing the highest level of care for your pets. This independent certification and public education serve as an excellent tool for pet parents to identify those who make the certifiable commitment to be knowledgeable and ethical in providing pet care services.
Congratulations, Chuck, on this incredible achievement!
