Enrichment-Focused Dog Care

We recently tried the new VIP Biscuit Concierge program when we boarded Ember, our Border Collie / Aussie mix. Stryder, our Biscuit Concierge, reached out a few days before his arrival with an email explaining what the program involved and called us to talk through ways to best support Ember during his stay. Ember has been attended the Ultimate Daycare for the past year and is very dog and people social and a very quick learner, but he can also be a bit sensitive to noises and to new experiences. Fortunately, the enrichment provided at Beds-N-Biscuits Ultimate Daycare program has helped build Ember's confidence greatly. In addition to preparing his concierge to best support Ember's needs during his stay, each evening we received an update with photos about Ember's adventures, as well as an overall report card. In addition, when our flight home was delayed, the staff was very easy to communicate with and accommodated our need for Ember to spend an additional night and allowed us to pick him first thing the next morning! A few days after his stay, we also received a very thoughtful thank you card from Stryder. Beds-N-Biscuits is truly one of Ember's "happy places" and we are so glad to know he can spend the night and receive great care from the entire staff. Thank you, Stryder and Beds n Biscuits!

We took our dog Kiriko in for training sessions, and we could not be happier with the results! As a former stray dog, she had struggled to be around other dogs without getting anxious. The trainer Halle met with us to discuss what options we have and what would work best for our dog. We then enrolled her in the social starter course with the goal being to help our dog learn to have positive interactions with other dogs. The growth that we saw was amazing! Over the course of the 9 sessions, we got photos and videos showing us how well our dog was doing in learning not only how to be around other dogs, but how to play and make friends. Halle was terrific in working within our dogs limits, while pushing her out of her area of comfort to grow. We can't recommend Halle enough, and would absolutely come to her again for any training needs in the future!

I have a 17 week old puppy Australian Shepherd that finally has all of her shots so I was able to take her to Beds And biscuits. I can’t tell you how wonderful her experience was. She came home at night and just walked into her kennel and fell asleep. She had the time of her life. You could tell that everyone working that day had an abundance of kindness for animals. Looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend them.

I have used them Three times now. The first time was a different dog for daycare and he had loved it! This last time we had our two small chihuahuas(one being human aggressive) boarded for three nights. We got photos of them which was reassuring. And staff was extremely kind and seemed to handle our anxious dogs really well. Third time now, staff sent several photos of taking mowgli on a walk, feeding him a treat, and cuddling him when he first arrived because of his anxiety. Staff was very easy and pleasant and treated my boy like their own!

Beds-N-Biscuits has been wonderful with our Golden! The staff is always so kind, caring, and helpful with any questions we have. Most importantly, our pup always comes home happy and tired, which is the best sign! We also love getting the daily photos, it’s such a fun addition and gives us peace of mind knowing he’s having a great time. We highly recommend Beds-N-Biscuits!

Ryder had a great stay while my wife and I enjoyed our furst wedding anniversary. The photos, report card, and care he received while at Beds-N-Biscuits made our entire experience great from start to finish! We will definitely be using them again!

My dogs love staying at Beds n Biscuits and I truly appreciate the individualized attention that everyone on their staff provides. They know my dogs by name and it's clear they care deeply about every client that comes through their doors. I also love that there is staff on site 24-7 as this isn't common with all facilities.

When we started looking for a daycare for our Doberman, Ozo, we were incredibly nervous because of a previous negative experience at another facility. From the very first phone call, the team at Beds-N-Biscuits made us feel welcomed, listened to, and completely at ease. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and we immediately felt that Ozo would be in caring, capable hands. Ozo has been attending Ultimate Daycare for the past few months, and she absolutely loves it. She gets so excited when we arrive and always comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for after a full day of playing with her friends. Seeing how excited she is to go back each time says everything. We've also boarded Ozo for a weekend, and the experience was exceptional. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely care about her made all the difference. The staff truly treat every dog like family, and it's obvious they love what they do. They take the time to get to know each dog's personality and make sure they're safe, comfortable, and happy. We are beyond grateful for the incredible care Ozo has received. It's such a relief to have found a place where we know she's loved just as much as she is at home. We couldn't recommend Beds-N-Biscuits more highly for daycare or boarding. Thank you for giving us complete peace of mind and for taking such amazing care of our girl. Ozo will absolutely be a lifelong customer!

My dog Finn LOVES Beds-n-Biscuits. He can’t wait to get checked in and start playing with his friends in Daycare. He is a busy, active 4 year old lab so he participates in the Enrichment program to keep his mind busy as well. The staff are amazing and the communication is first rate. Would very highly recommend.
