DIY Dog Treat: Peanut Butter & Pumpkin Pupsicles

When the fall weather rolls in, it’s not just humans who crave cozy flavors — our pups love a taste of the season too! Pumpkin is not only festive, but it’s also packed with fiber and nutrients that are great for digestion. Pair it with a little peanut butter, and you’ve got a tail-wagging winner.

Here’s how to make our favorite Peanut Butter & Pumpkin Pupsicles at home:

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin purée (plain, not pie filling)

½ cup plain, unsweetened yogurt

2 tablespoons peanut butter (be sure it’s xylitol-free!)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Spoon into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or even small paper cups.

Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until solid.

Pop them out and serve as a special snack!

Tips & Variations

  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon (just a pinch — it’s safe in small amounts).

  • Drop in a bit of banana or a blueberry or two for a sweet and colorful surprise.

  • Use bone-shaped molds for extra cuteness.

  • These pupsicles are a perfect way to let your dog join in on the pumpkin-spice fun — no coffee required!
